What you will need

– 1 tablespoon of olive oil only if you are treating with olive oil

– 1 tablespoon of castor oil only if you are treating with castor oil.

First of all, I would like to make one thing clear that Olive and Castor oil and two different methods so don’t mix them.

Take 1 tablespoon of Olive oil in the morning empty stomach ( You can also add some lemon drops which is helpful during constipation)

Take 1 or 2 tablespoons of Castor oil in the morning empty stomach.

It is best to take either of these oils daily in the morning empty stomach until you see some good results.
